The Company was incorporated as W. G. Wild Real Estate Agency, Inc., in 1978, as a full service real estate agency and rapidly grew to become a dominant player in the real estate industry in Southwest Mississippi.

Professional organizations in which the Company is active include the Southwest Mississippi Board of REALTORS, Inc., Southwest Mississippi Multiple Listing Service, Mississippi Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Employee Relocation Council, Residential Sales Council, Residential Brokerage Managers Council, and South Mississippi Brokers Council. Management and Associates have held various leadership positions in several of these organizations.

• 1983—First to automate with state of the art computers and fax service

• 2003—First to offer automated programs to generate e-mail to customers/clients
